Dr. Cécile Civiale Vuillier, TEP
Co-Founder & Group Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Cécile Civiale Vuillier is Co-Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of META OCTAV GROUP S.A. and META OCTAV GROUP (HK) LIMITED. She brings extensive experience in international wealth and estate planning, together with a well-established reputation in the structuring and administration of sophisticated trusts, foundations and corporate structures.
She advises private and corporate clients on the design, implementation and management of complex, multi-jurisdictional wealth and corporate structures, with particular expertise across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
In 2026, in recognition of her professional achievements, leadership and contribution to the international wealth-management industry, Cécile was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Financial Excellence (Honoris Causa) from the Dunster Business Scholl of Switzerland. The distinction recognises her longstanding contribution to the field, including her work in international wealth structuring, fiduciary services and private-client advisory.
Cécile has received numerous industry distinctions throughout her career. She was recognised as Women in Wealth Management, Switzerland 2022, while the teams under her leadership have received awards including Wealth Planning Advisors, Switzerland 2023 and Corporate Service Provider, Geneva 2024. Most recently, she was named among the Most Influential European Businesswomen of 2025, reflecting her leadership and influence within the international wealth-management community.
She sits on the Steering Committee of XLNC, where she chairs the Wealth Management & Estate Planning Focus Group. She is a former Chairwoman of the Geneva branch of STEP and former Chairwoman of the STEP Swiss & Liechtenstein Federation. She has also been recognised as a Prominent Figure in the Leading Trustees category of the Citywealth Leaders List.
In addition, Cécile has served for many years as a presiding judge for the STEP Private Client Awards and the WealthBriefing Awards in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the MENA region.

Roberta Lecoeur
Executive Assistant | Corporate Operations & KYC/Compliance
Roberta Lecoeur is an experienced Executive Assistant and corporate operations professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting senior executives and international businesses across the financial, commodity trading, trust and corporate services sectors.
Throughout her career, Roberta has combined high-level executive support with responsibility for corporate administration, banking coordination, trade finance and KYC/compliance. She spent many years in the energy trading sector, where she developed extensive experience supporting senior management while coordinating banking relationships, transaction monitoring, reporting, trade finance matters and the day-to-day administration of international business activities.
Her subsequent experience in trust and corporate services further strengthened her expertise in company administration, KYC and compliance, bank account openings and maintenance, coordination with banks, notaries and professional advisers, and the administration of international and offshore corporate structures.
At META OCTAV, Roberta provides direct executive and operational support to senior management while playing an important role in the day-to-day coordination of the Group’s corporate and client-related activities. She assists with corporate administration, banking matters, KYC and compliance processes, documentation, internal coordination and liaison with clients, banks and professional advisers across jurisdictions.
Highly organised, discreet and dependable, Roberta is accustomed to managing multiple priorities and sensitive matters in fast-paced international environments. Her attention to detail, responsiveness and strong sense of confidentiality make her a trusted point of support for both senior management and clients.
Roberta is fluent in French, English, Italian and Portuguese, enabling her to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and professional partners across different jurisdictions and cultures.
